2,441 acres of state park to hike, and lots of trails and possible combination hikes makes this park a good option for hiking, even if it can get confusing at time. I mean, you have Bicycle, Equestrian and Hiking trails – some criss-cross and merge sometimes. Still, with AllTrails, you can keep your course – as long as you remember to exclude the app from battery optimization so it can use GPS in the background (which I did after the hike!). I hiked the Dogwood and Woodbine Trail(s) – two loops, totaling 4.1 miles. With many possibilities of extra miles due to taking wrong turns.
It looks like my search for better audio is still ongoing. I thought the lapel mic would be the one – but nothing on the phone (except the voice recorder) seems to actually use it. Open Camera says it does, and I think it worked a time or two, but not consistent. However, I just updated to Wondershare Filmora X – and it has some audio enhancement features that are pretty cool.
